HOW CAN I CONTACT NMADE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO GET AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We ship orders to mainland Portugal and the islands.

You can choose   registered mail that has a cost of €4 or Shipping at collection with a cost of €6.

You can also choose to pick up your order from our store at Restelo for free. (Rua das Pedreiras 20 E Loja 9 1400-007 Lisbon)

We do our best to process orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. After processing the shipping time is as follows:

  • For mainland Portugal
    About 1 business day
  • For Azores and Madeira
    About 2 business days
  • These deadlines are indicative. For the Azores and Madeira, deadlines may be extended depending on transport limitations.


    CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

    If the order is already separated or on its way to your address, it will not be possible to fulfill your cancellation request. You can receive your order and place a return request.
